Only open programs are listed below; read the descriptions and choose the appropriate program to register in.

Note that your email & password login can be used to login later to enter your players' USA Hockey number, 

modify your information such as update an email address, or to register another child.  If you previously registered
via our website you may use the same login and choose existing players to register.

LEARN TO PLAY HOCKEY - WINTER SESSION 2020

Registration is open for RYH's 2020 Learn to Play (LTP) Hockey Winter program.  Our Winter session runs ten (10)  consecutive Sundays from January 12, 2020 to March 8, 2020.  Lessons will be held during vacation weeks and holiday weekends.

This fun clinic is designed for boys and girls who have some experience with ice skating and would like to learn the game of ice hockey in an environment that encourages learning and skills development. Participants will focus on individual skills such as stick handling, shooting and passing. Team play and basic rules are introduced as the season progresses.

Clinic sessions are held on Sundays at Burbank Arena, 9:45 - 10:35AM.

Fee:
$200 full program

Required Equipment: Skates, Hockey Helmet with Face Mask, Mouth Guard, Shoulder Pads, Elbow Pads, Hockey Pants, Shin Guards, Gloves, and Hockey Stick.

The Clinic is open to residents of Reading and surrounding communities.

LEARN TO SKATE - WINTER SESSION 2020

This beginning ice skating program is fun, challenging and rewarding.  Participation in the program will enable inexperienced skaters of all ages to learn the fundamentals and become comfortable on the ice. 

Clinic sessions are held on Sundays at Burbank Arena, 10:45 - 11:35 AM.

Fee: $200 full program

Required Equipment:  Skates, Helmet    

PLEASE NOTE:  The LTS program is run by certified instructors. Parents / guardians are NOT allowed on the ice during the LTS sessions. Crates are also not to be used during these sessions.

2019-20 MIDGET WINTER GAME-ONLY(18 & Under) PROGRAM

Registration for the BOYS MIDGET WINTER GAME-ONLY program, open to boys and girls born in 2001-2004. Registration fee/total cost is $400. This is a separate registration from the Fall half-season and all players must be registered and paid in full to participate.

Base cost indicates total season fee - $400. This is a game-only team with 15-17 Valley League games
plus playoffs. Season starts on December 16.

NOTE - Players born in 2001 & 2002 must also complete Safesport training at www.safesport.org.

Please read ALL the information below before completing registration.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1) Payment Information - Registration is NOT completed until payment is received, including any balances due from current season.  Without credit card payment at time of registration the player registration will be deletedonly players that are pre-registered will be allowed to tryout. Also please note that credit card will be AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED on the payment dates noted above.


2) USA Hockey numbers for 2019-20 ARE required to register at this time. Players must be registered with USA Hockey before registering with RYH.

3) Family maximum applies; first 2 players in same family pay 100%, additional players receive
a 50% discount on lowest fee programs' total fee (registration amounts due on all players). Discount does not apply to LTP & LTS programs. Manual adjustments may be needed to ensure discount is applied. Also GOALIE fees may be different and will be adjusted accordingly.

4) As part of the registration process you will need to read and acknowledge a liability waiver, a payment agreement plus parent and player codes of conduct.  USA Hockey provides details of the codes of conduct on their website - www.usahockey.com.  Please refer to their site for more information, which is updated periodically.

You will have the option of printing these waivers, should you want a copy for your records.
